🚸 VISION ZERO ROAD SAFETY POSTER COMPETITION – WIN SHOPPING VOUCHERS! 🚸

Do you know a young person with a creative flair?

Calderdale Council is inviting young people aged 18 and under who live or attend school in Calderdale to design a road safety poster as part of the Vision Zero campaign.

West Yorkshire Police, Calderdale Council, and other agencies work together on Vizion Zero to improve road safety in Calderdale. 

Themes include: ✅ Buckle Up!
✅ Stop, Look, Listen, THINK
✅ No Distractions
✅ Use Safer Crossings
✅ Watch Out for Parked Cars
✅ Be Bright, Be Seen
✅ Know the Risks

🏆 One winning design will be selected from each theme, with winners receiving shopping vouchers. Winning posters will also be used in future road safety campaigns.

📅 Competition closes: Sunday 9 August 2026

📍 Winners announced: Vision Zero Community Road Safety Event, People's Park, Halifax – Thursday 13 August 2026

How to enter: • Create an A4 poster (hand-drawn or computer designed)
• The work must be your own and must not use AI-generated content
• Include on the back: theme entered, first name, age, and parent/guardian contact details
